well, i've been up to a lot lately.

i had a best friend's wedding-

thank you Adam and Kristina for coming to celebrate the 4th with us!  With you there it wasn't as hard to be away from my family.

Summer Wedding

I know I'm already married...but I told Blake,

if we were to have been married now instead of December,

I would have lilacs...

...and snowballs...

for my flowers.

in a blog post that exists in my mind {not yet on here} I will tell you

about my entire weekend with him and him.

but, for now, you will have to do with the few pictures

I have {Matt and Andrew are not included, for they were at the wedding while

Blake and I were playing with Lizards and at the Wild Animal Park}.

even though you two never read my blog and probably don't know it exists...thanks for the weekend.

i had a blast--and i miss you.

i just got my wedding pictures and i'm dying to share them with you...

sometimes, because i am so far away from Blake,
i forget we are getting married.
i am still stuffing invitations,
finalizing center pieces,
ordering pictures,
picking flowers, and sometimes
it still. doesn't. feel. real.



then i look at my ring...

and smile.
and remember that he
{and everything else} is just days away,
thinking about me too.

and it makes everything a little bit better.
