Homeless for thanksgiving...almost

Well, until Blake and I start a family of our own, or move back to Utah (not saying we ever will), we are considered homeless for Thanksgiving. Why? Simply because we have little family here in the OC to spend this holiday with. Last year we went to Santa Barbara with some friends for a few days. Needless to say we had a blast eating, running, playing endless rounds of Dr. Mario and spooning...don't ask. However, we cannot impose on them again (although I'm sure they wouldn't mind...). This year we were going to have Thanksgiving with Blake's aunt here in SoCal. But, they took a lovely vacation to Mexico, leaving Blake and I with no plans. What to do? Our Awesome Bishop and his family adopted us into their family and invited us to go with them. Thank you, Ohlwiler family! Can't wait to spend the holiday with all of you!

p.s. sorry for the spelling/punctuation errors! sometimes i blog from my iphone...not the greatest but very convenient. anyone else ever blog from their phone?

  1. We go through this all the time around the Holidays. It is so nice to have a ward family that sees you through the Holidays that you cannot spend with family.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
