Lately I have been craving cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. since I cannot eat wheat it makes it extremely difficult to find such items {yes, even here in California where eating gluten free is becoming a fad}. if I want a neat treat I have to make it. a dream of mine is to open a gluten free bakery here in orange county--but that dream is lifetimes away. it doesn't make me feel any better when I see menus {out of Utah} like this:

Cookies: Snickerdoodle, Milk Chocolate Chip, Whoopie Pie
Bars: Peanut Butter Bar, Mint Brownie, Butterscotch Blondie
Today is Bread and Roll day!!!! :)
This bakery in Kaysville, Utah has the BEST bread, cupcakes, bars and cookies in the gluten free world.
I'll be there, dear sweet cakes, in only two weeks. save some treats for me.
