Dear BYU--
Sometimes I feel cheated. Our time together was cut short by an amazing man, and, don't get me wrong--he's well worth it--but I miss you. I miss your campus, professors, testing center, library, sports, spirit, and even the zoobies that walk around campus. I miss the devotionals and the midnight "warnings" the library gives out when they force you to leave. I miss the MOA cafe. I miss the football, volleyball and BASKETBALL games! Jackson and Jimmer--I love watching you guys and I suppose that watching you from my couch will have to do. For now. Maybe you guys could keep it up long enough for us to come watch you in Vegas? Thanks.

So I was in my physics lab and spotted someone with a sweatshirt on that said, "Dance to express...not impress," and while it's not your typical zoobie attire, I was sure you would've loved that moment almost as much as I did. Oh, and that someone was a guy. Priceless.
ReplyDeleteTry not to miss byu too much b/c you have the ocean and sun and bike rides and palm trees and people besides mormons :) BYU is great though, I will admit that.
He was TOTALLY worth it (at least I think so)
