as i was driving home from work, i looked to my left--

a california sunset over the laguna hills.

with strawberry fields on my right,

an open road before me

and an comfortable temperature of 73

i couldn't help but take a picture

{a mental picture, of course}.

the view made me smile.

{the fact that in one week i'll be in utah with my family kept the smile there}

thank you, california. your welcome has been, and continues to be, quite warm.

i think we'll stick around for a while.
