think about where you will be in two years? five years? ten years?
i remember two years ago,
starting my sophomore year at BYU,
wondering where i would be
in two years.
and now i am here.
married.
to my best friend.
living in California.
where will i be in five years?
hopefully done with school and working full time.
how about in 10?
kids?
that seems so far away but i know it will come faster than i think.
*just a quick story of my wonderful husband. last night as we were getting ready to go to bed, i came out of the bathroom and started to brush my teeth. i could hear my husbands electric toothbrush going but i couldn't see him. so, automatically i knew he was hiding. he scares me on {almost} a daily basis so i knew what was coming. even though i could hear his toothbrush buzzing and even though i knew he was hiding on the other side of the bed and even though i knew he was there...i still screamed when he jumped out at me.
{never a dull moment with Blake}
I sure hope you have some cute kids by the time 10 years rolls around! I plan too!! Hoepfully within 5 too, but I also need to work full time for a little while. It is crazy to think how lives change. I'm glad we stay friends through it all though.
ReplyDeleteHaha! That is cute. And yeah - I agree, 10 years is kind of a long time. I am starting to want kids like... now. It's been 2 months, I don't think we'll last 10 years :)
ReplyDeleteI like that Blake scares you. He is funny.
